Year 9 student Jaylen Colegate has been selected recently in the WA Country Mens under-16 team to play at the National Championships in August. He has been training in Perth and will travel with the team to Melbourne, where he had played in the Southern Cross Challenge with the Country Mens under-15 Development Team in January.
Jaylen finished his season as runner-up MVP in the Busselton Basketball Association in March, and was also selected for the Basketball WA All Star Team from the Country Championships in Perth.
