On Saturday 11 February the Year 12 students donned their finest attire and enjoyed a night of glitz and glamour at their Senior Ball. Sampson and Bowen’s Black Brewing Co. was the new venue for the Ball and it did not disappoint, with the Midsummer Night’s Dream theme providing an eloquent backdrop to what proved to be a magical night. Every guest that walked down the Red Carpet looked stunning and the atmosphere brought about by the spectacular venue and the enthusiasm of the students, made for a very memorable evening.
Jazz Naughton was named Belle and Lachlan Armstrong as Beau of the 2017 Ball, and other awards such as Cutest Couple (Zack Conroy and Mackay O’Brien), Best Dressed to the Theme (Leyla Allerton) and Best Dancer (Fraser Oates) were also given out on the night.
