The College had a team of ten runners register for this year’s Busselton City to Surf for Activ on Sunday 29 July, with some impressive results on the day.
Congratulations to Year 7 student Mackenzie Christian, who was the fastest female under 16 years in the 12km run. Teacher Ms Annie Snedden also finished first in the Female 40-49 category and was the fifth female across the line, while Mr Mark Taylor finished third in the 40-49 Male category, completing the 12km in just under 52 minutes.
Year 7 Eliza Fuller was the fourth female to cross the line in the 4km run, with Kindy teacher Mrs Jenni Harding finishing tenth in the Female 40-49 category.
Well done to all the St Mary MacKillop Team runners, as well as other staff, students and parents who entered the event.
