Music students entertain at Relay for Life

More than 120 music students from the College entertained participants and support teams during the Relay for Life at Churchill Park in Busselton on Saturday evening. Performing in a range of ensembles and bands over nearly four hours, the students showcased their talents and contributed to the festive community atmosphere. A number of students, staff and parents participated in the fun and moving overnight experience, which altogether raised more than $79,000 for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention, information and support services. Relay for Life is a chance for the Busselton community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers, to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer and to raise money to help save more lives, and the College is proud to support this worthwhile event.
