Year 11 students spent some time with Year 3 students recently as they explored Genesis and the Creation stories in Religious Education. Students produced their own storybooks aimed at Primary students, with the aim to seek understanding and to depict how each story communicates values applied to daily life.
Once the storybooks were completed, the Year 11s brought them over to the Primary campus to share their learning with our Year 3 students.
The Year 3s loved spending time with the ‘big kids’ whilst the Year 11s were impressed with the younger students’ ability as they took it in turns reading and understanding the moral each book had to offer.
