As the new school year began and our Year 7 students experienced their first day as St Mary MacKillop students, our Year 12 students were off campus exploring ways in which they can increase their chances of success in their final year at the College.
Year 12 students spent the day at the Esplanade Hotel with a guest speaker from Elevate Education, discussing various techniques for studying smarter and more effectively. Sessions focused on study strategies, self-efficacy, and time management.
The day was very well received by the students, who have returned from the break looking refreshed and ready to commence Term 1.
