On Friday 14 September, a group of Year 6 students travelled to Eaton Recreation Centre to compete for the first time in the Slam Series Basketball competition, hosted by School Sport WA. Our teams played hard, displaying great skills and sportsmanship all day, and were a credit to the school.

The girl’s team were undefeated for the entire day and named Champions of the South West region. This was a fantastic effort, and means that the girls will be heading to Perth to play in the Champion Schools Cup at the WA Basketball Centre in Mt Claremont on November 21.
