Last week the College announced the ten students selected for Timor 2017. This was an extremely tough selection, with such a strong group of Year 11 students this year in both their interviews and their commitment to service.
The 2017 Timor Team and their families will spend the next few months organizing fundraising initiatives and events to support the school communities in and around Baguia in Timor Leste. The students will then travel to Timor in the July school holidays next year with Ms Kathy Jackson, Mr Mike Bradley and Mr Paul Northover, where they will spend time in the communities and schools that are directly benefitting from their support, as well as other cultural sites around Timor.
