On Friday 26th of August, the Year 11’s enjoyed a night of dancing and socialising at the annual Spring Fling. The highly anticipated event was met with enthusiasm and excitement, as the students arrived in their finest attire and entered the Winter Wonderland. The weather outside suited the theme as rain continued to fall throughout the night, adding to the ambience and magic of the evening.
Students were given the 5 star treatment as ushers with umbrellas escorted them from their vehicles to the venue. Dance offs, desert bars, photo booths, and prizes ensured the energy remained high throughout the evening.
The ever enthusiastic and talented Spring Fling Committee worked wonders in transforming the Undercover Area into a very memorable venue. The vision for the evening, and the generosity of time given to ensure the event was a success, is very much appreciated.
Thank you to the Year 9 students who assisted on the night, Rueben the DJ, Miles the photographer, the staff that attended, and the committee members who helped in the canteen and with packing up the venue. The support provided in the lead up to the evening and on the night, allowed for a very successful event.
