Year 10 student Sophia Gunning has been awarded a State Champion medal for her results in the 2019 Australian History Competition held in June. Sophia received the top score in WA of 94, which also places her equal third in Australia for the competition results.
Our Year 10 Extension HASS students entered the competition, with Sophia and two other students – James Gosper and Tenille Pavlinovich – receiving Certificates of High Distinction for results above 84.
Congratulations to these students, and to the eleven other students who all received Certificates of Credit or Distinction for scores above 70.
